Agadir – Tiout – Taroudant

Explore authentic Morocco by visiting the “small Marrakech of the Atlas,” the city of Taroudant. Located 76 kilometers from Agadir, Taroudant is one of Morocco’s oldest cities, full of architectural, cultural, and historical significance. Tiout, a nearby palm grove at the foot of the Anti-Atlas mountains, offers a serene walking experience or mule ride through lush date palms and gardens. Enjoy a home-cooked lunch with locals before heading to explore Taroudant’s famous medina and souks. Taroudant is known for its leather crafts, wrought iron, and Berber silver jewelry.

Taroudant – Igherm – Tafraout

The journey continues through the Anti-Atlas to Ighrem, where you’ll discover Berber villages and almond tree valleys. Then, cross the beautiful Tazagzaoute Valley, filled with palm trees. Tafraout, a unique town nestled in the Anti-Atlas Mountains, is surrounded by pink granite mountains and known for its traditional architecture. Dinner and accommodation will be in a local hotel.

Tafraout is the capital of the Berber Ammeln region, renowned for its almond and argan trees. The town is set amidst remarkable rock formations, offering incredible landscapes. Visit the small souk and watch artisans crafting vibrant slippers.

Tafraout – Agadir

On the return to Agadir, visit the Kasbah of Tizourgane, followed by the Kerdous Pass for spectacular views. The day continues with a visit to Chtouka Ait Baha, a paradise for nature lovers, offering green tourism and regional attractions.
