DEFINITIONS

– **Customer**: The person who pays for the booking.

– **Passengers**, **Travellers**, or **Guests**: All individuals named or unnamed on the booking.

– **You** and **Your**: Any customer, including all passengers (or any of them as applicable) named on a booking.

– **The Service Provider**: The professional tour or transport operator that will perform the booked service.

– **Booking**: The arrangement for tours, activities, or transportation services made with us.

– **Confirmation Voucher**, **Booking Voucher**, or **Reservation**: The written confirmation of the booking sent to you by email.

– **Terms**: These Terms and Conditions.

– **Website**: www.MoroccoThisWay.com or any other website owned or operated by us.

ONLINE BOOKING PROCEDURE

  1. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age and is responsible for following the online booking process, ensuring all details provided are correct and complete, and making full payment.
  2. Upon entering into a contract with **Morocco This Way SARL**, we will undertake the necessary formalities to organize the requested services.
  3. The contract becomes legally binding only when you receive your confirmation voucher by email.
  4. If the Service Provider is unable to deliver the requested services, you will be informed promptly, and the full amount paid will be reimbursed by the same payment method used for the booking, with no further liability to you.
  5. You are required to acknowledge all notifications sent to you. In the event you fail to acknowledge receipt of an email, the records from our email server shall serve as proof of receipt.
  6. You must present the booking confirmation to the driver, guide, or activity provider as a printed copy or digital screenshot on your phone.
  7. Minors are strictly prohibited from making bookings. Parents or guardians must contact us immediately if a booking is made by a minor so we can cancel the registration. Minors are not allowed to travel or participate in services without being accompanied by an adult.

PAYMENTS

– Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other payment methods accepted on the website.

– Prices are charged in Euros (€), Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), or British Pounds (£).

– PayPal payments may only be available for bookings exceeding a specific amount. Any payment-specific details will be provided during the booking process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

– Free cancellation is allowed if the booking is cancelled at least **24 hours in advance**.

– Full payment will be refunded for eligible cancellations. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original booking.

LIABILITY

– **Morocco This Way SARL** acts only as an intermediary between customers and Service Providers. While we carefully select our partners, we do not accept liability for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by Service Providers or any events outside our reasonable control.

– You are responsible for ensuring you have adequate travel insurance to cover potential risks, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or unexpected incidents during your trip.

USE OF WEBSITE

– By using this website, you agree not to misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings or any illegal activities. We reserve the right to cancel bookings and restrict access for users found in violation of these terms.

AMENDMENTS

– We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on **www.MoroccoThisWay.com**.
