- PASSENGER OBLIGATIONS:
The passenger is required to behave in such a way as not to compromise the safety, calm and enjoyment of the services/products of other passengers. He must undertake to comply with the rules of prudence and the duty of care, as well as all the provisions of the Organizer or local operators responsible for organizing the excursions, as well as the regulations and administrative or legislative provisions concerning the service/product.
The passenger will be held responsible for all damages that the Organizer may suffer as a result of non-compliance with the aforementioned obligations. In particular, the passenger will be held responsible for damages caused, damages caused to other passengers or third parties, to the vehicles, boats ..... used during the excursions as well as all fines, penalties and expenses to which the Organizer may be subjected through his fault by the authorities, of any country city visited during the excursion.
